Achievements
We have comprehensively strengthened the organizational structure of consumer associations nationwide by establishing chapters and branches, accepted rational consumer complaints, and assisted businesses in developing ethical markets. We have organized multiple blood donation drives, educational campaigns, and charitable relief efforts to aid the underprivileged. We held consumer consultation service seminars and facilitated international economic and trade exchanges. We recognized outstanding achievements in consumer rights protection, setting benchmarks, and promoting the positive spirit of Malaysia Madani. We further enhanced the sense of responsibility, mission, and honor among members of the Malaysian Consumer Protection and Advocacy Association.
The Malaysian Consumer Protection and Advocacy Association has established connections with consumer organizations in various countries and regions worldwide. We promote the exchange of views on protecting consumer rights and seek long-term cooperation with overseas consumer organizations and specialized institutions.
We must strive to ensure that these values are effectively promoted in society, advancing knowledge and progress, and creating a more civilized platform for consumer dialogue. This will pave the way for a multicultural society to move forward.
