Mr. William Chan is the Chairman and Founder of WHC Global Resources Co., Ltd., a Thailand-based international trading company specializing in the sourcing, procurement, and export of frozen food products and agricultural commodities. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategic leadership and business development of the company. He oversees global sourcing, supplier and factory partnerships, international sales and procurement, contract negotiations, logistics coordination, export compliance, and the expansion of WHC Global’s international supply chain network. He also manages relationships with overseas buyers, investors, and business partners while ensuring that operations comply with regulatory requirements, export documentation procedures, and quality standards for international markets. Under his leadership, WHC Global focuses on building reliable supply chains between Southeast Asia and global markets while providing coordination, consultancy, and procurement services for international food trade.
Mr. William Chan also serves as the President of the Thailand Chapter of Malaysia Chamber of Commerce Global Business (MCCGB), where he represents the organization’s interests in Thailand and supports the expansion of international business collaboration between Malaysia, Thailand, and other global markets. In this role, he facilitates cross-border trade opportunities, promotes investment cooperation, and supports business networking between government agencies, private enterprises, and international organizations. He works to strengthen regional economic cooperation within ASEAN and supports initiatives that enhance trade connectivity, international partnerships, and business development opportunities for MCCGB members and global partners. Through his leadership in both WHC Global and MCCGB, Mr. William Chan plays an active role in promoting international commerce, supply chain cooperation, and strategic business partnerships across the region.
