李绍强的努力得到了马来西亚政府部门的认可和支持，他积极推动马来西亚北部经济走廊和东海岸经济特区成为招商引资的热点区域。他还得到了玻璃市州摄政王端姑赛费祖丁的支持，推动该地区成为重要的投资和贸易合作区域。李绍强积极促进玻璃市州与徐州的友好城市关系，推动中马两国在文化和经济方面的深度交流。2023年11月，他还成功促成了徐州-马来西亚双向投资推介会，进一步加强了两地的贸易和投资合作。

Li Shaoqiang, hailing from Peixian County, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, has been profoundly influenced by traditional Chinese culture since childhood. He is a firm believer in mutual benefit, win-win outcomes, and harmonious development. These principles have fueled his ambition to promote international economic exchange and cooperation in the business sector. In 2012, he decided to venture into business activities in Malaysia, and in April 2016, he established China Town Development (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
Li Shaoqiang quickly integrated into the Malaysian market, leveraging his extensive network in both China and Malaysia to foster the growth of Chinese enterprises locally. He actively responded to the Belt and Road Initiative, aligning efforts with Malaysia’s Northern Economic Corridor and East Coast Economic Region. He facilitated the introduction of Chinese companies in various sectors, including high-tech new energy vehicles, advanced solar technology, and international schools. Additionally, his projects encompassed medical industry parks, medical universities and hospitals, as well as ventures in cultural tourism, real estate, Lanzhou noodles, import-export trade, and the cultivation of Malaysian onions. The Xuzhou People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries authorized Li Shaoqiang to assist Chinese enterprises in investing and developing in Malaysia. He aids businesses in communicating with the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and coordinates their investment efforts in state government industrial parks across Malaysia.
Li Shaoqiang has received recognition and support from Malaysian government departments, actively working to make the Northern Economic Corridor and East Coast Economic Region attractive areas for investment. He has also garnered support from the Regent of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin, for investment projects, helping to position the region as a key area for investment and trade cooperation. Additionally, he has promoted the establishment of friendly city relations between Perlis and Xuzhou, fostering deeper cultural and economic exchanges between China and Malaysia. In November 2023, he also successfully facilitated the Xuzhou-Malaysia Two-Way Investment Promotion Conference, further enhancing trade and investment cooperation.
Li Shaoqiang is an active participant in the Belt and Road Initiative, providing expansive development platforms for Chinese enterprises and Malaysia. He strives to advance bilateral services, making ongoing contributions to the economic, cultural, and political exchanges between China and Malaysia.
